This exceptional villa, set on grounds of around 1,800 m² with 265 m² of living space, comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and lies just an 8-minute stroll from the nearest beach.
The generous interiors are furnished with great style and a sense of luxury, blending antique and contemporary pieces. Many of the rooms open onto breathtaking sea views.
Our gardener tends to both the garden and the pool, so you can simply sit back, relax and savour your well-earned holiday in this one-of-a-kind setting.
All beds, mattresses, linens and appliances, as well as the pool, air conditioning and more, are continually renewed. The villa underwent its most recent major refurbishment in early 2024.

This exceptional villa, set on grounds of around 1,800 m², is fully fenced for a restful, private holiday. "Villa Sur" also offers 1 garage as well as parking spaces in the inner courtyard.
The lower grounds feature a large garden with 19 varieties of fruit tree (orange, lemon, mango, papaya, persimmon, passion fruit, lychee, banana, kiwi, fig, loquat, cherimoya, carissa, apple and pomegranate). You are warmly invited to help yourself to the ripe fruit to your heart's content.
Relaxation
From the sun terrace, steps lead down to the private pool (9 × 6 m) and the bar area with barbecue that adjoins the saltwater pool.
The pool ranges from 0.80 m to 2.30 m deep and sits on the sea side, with panoramic sea views and a direct outlook over the beach.

The spacious interiors are styled with elegance and luxury, mixing antique and contemporary furnishings. From here you enjoy sea views and direct access onto the terrace.
